Looking for the fine print? You won't find it here. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we guaranty them for life against any defects in materials or workmanship. The Jr. Luggage warranty extends to the original owner and does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, abuse, nor does it cover the replacement of lost bags.

We poured our heart into designing the ultimate suitcase using only the best available materials and highly detailed manufacturing process. So rest assured, when you buy a Jr. Luggage suitcase, you're covered!

There is no need to register your product, fill out complicated forms or receive advance approval for shipping a product back. Simply send us back your suitcase along with a copy of your purchase receipt (available online in your account section) and we will repair or replace the suitcase within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to our returns department and we pay for shipping back to you. If we are unable to repair the suitcase, we reserve the right to replace the suitcase with one of comparable value.

Please be sure to include your contact information along with a note telling us where to ship the suitcase to once repaired.
